Job Summary

We are looking for a US IT Interview & Career Coach to prepare IT candidates for interviews in the US IT job market. The role involves conducting mock interviews, providing interview training, evaluating candidate performance, and helping candidates improve their technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct mock interviews based on candidate resumes, skills, experience, and Job Descriptions.
- Train candidates for technical, managerial, behavioural, HR, and client interviews.
- Provide detailed feedback and coaching to improve interview performance.
- Help candidates effectively explain their projects, technical skills, roles, and responsibilities.
- Identify candidate skill gaps and provide targeted interview preparation.
- Conduct realistic interview simulations and follow-up questions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc. for interview preparation and training.




- Create effective AI prompts and prompt templates for different IT roles and technologies.
- Stay updated with current US IT interview trends and hiring expectations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and software concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to conduct professional technical and behavioural interviews.
- Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI tools.
- Ability to analyze candidate responses and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong understanding of interview preparation and candidate evaluation.

Preferred

- Knowledge of the US IT job market and US hiring practices will be a plus.
- Experience with US IT Recruitment / Staffing is preferred.
- Experience as a Technical Interviewer, IT Trainer, Interview Coach, Technical Recruiter, or US IT Recruiter is an advantage.
