Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.

- Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reports.

- Monitor key business KPIs, targets, achievements, and variances.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all MIS reports.

- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or gaps.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments for timely data collection.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.

- Maintain databases, trackers, and master data.

- Analyze trends and provide meaningful insights to management.

- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.





- Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports.

- Support management with data-driven analysis for business planning and decision-making.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, charts, and dashboards.

- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools is preferred.

- Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
