Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY ) aims to improve the health, nutrition and livelihood status of small and marginal farming communities by ensuring availability and access to nutrient rich food in a farming system for nutrition model.

- Field visit to field areas and support the program implementation.
- Develop training modules and materials required for the project.
- Develop and maintain the project MIS platform for real-time data entry and monitoring.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency checks.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors and government stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and visual analytics to track programme outcomes.
- Train project staff and community cadres on digital tools and MIS reporting formats.
- Support impact assessment and evaluation studies with data analysis.
- Ready to travel extensively in the project areas as per the need of the program.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Science/ Statistics.

Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Science/ Statistics.
- Experience in database management, data analytics, and ICT tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access and statistical software (SPSS, STATA, R, Python).
- Experience with MIS design, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of mobile-based data collection platforms (Kobo Toolbox).
- Familiarity with GIS mapping and spatial data analysis (preferred).
- Knowledge of local language (e.g., Odia for Odisha-based programmes) for effective communication.
