Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and deliveries.
- Create, process and track Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
- Maintain vendor, PO, SO and inventory data in the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate transportation and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up with vendors, warehouse and internal teams for pending orders.
- Generate MIS reports and ensure ERP data accuracy.
- Support logistics and supply chain activities to improve operational efficiency.
