About the Role

Federal Auto Stores is looking for a smart, analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive who can efficiently manage business data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide accurate information to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be strong in MS Excel, comfortable handling large datasets, and proactive in improving reporting and data-management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, organize and consolidate data from different departments
- Create management reports, dashboards and performance trackers
- Analyse data and highlight important trends, variances and exceptions
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of business data
- Conduct regular data checks and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations and Management for reporting requirements
- Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Improve existing reporting formats and MIS processes
- Assist management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good command over formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF and other advanced functions
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Charts, Filters and Data Validation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills





Good to Have
- Knowledge of Excel Macros / Automation
- Experience with Google Sheets & Google Workspace
- Knowledge of dashboard or data-visualisation tools
- Previous experience in MIS, Data Management, Automobile, Retail or Distribution operations

Candidate Profile Experience: 1–3 years in MIS / Data Management / Reporting preferred

Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with strong analytical and computer skills preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
