Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and provide accurate, data-driven insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, monitor, and maintain existing MIS systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Generate, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Develop and maintain MIS documentation for processes and systems.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Create dashboards and automate reports using MS Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in MIS processes and reporting systems.




- Provide ad hoc reports and analytical support to management as required.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all systems.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards, Macros preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Microsoft tools like Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of database tools such as SQL (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
