- Track Daily Output: Monitor shift-level and line-level production counts against scheduled targets.
- Measure Efficiency: Calculate and log OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), tracking machine availability, performance, and quality rates.
- Monitor Downtime: Record the duration, frequency, and root causes of machine breakdowns or tooling changes. [1]
Inventory and Supply Chain Tracking
- Manage Raw Material Stock: Track inventory levels of steel, aluminum, rubber, resins, and electronic components to prevent production halts.
- Monitor Finished Goods: Maintain real-time logs of finished auto parts ready for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) dispatch or aftermarket delivery.
- Track Supplier Performance: Log incoming material rejection rates, delivery delays, and supplier lead times.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
