Job Title: MIS Executive

Salary: 25,000 - 32,000 INR

Description:

We are looking for a MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, automation, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing MIS reports, dashboards, automated processes, and maintaining accurate business data.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain FMS, PMS, checklists, and workflow systems.
- Automate data collection and reporting using Google Apps Script.
- Integrate data from multiple Google Sheets/Google Forms using IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.
- Create dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Maintain data accuracy, validation, and consistency across reports.
- Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions.
- Work on AI-based automation for WhatsApp, email, reporting, and workflow processes.
- Generate actionable insights from MIS data for management.




- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
- Perform any other MIS/automation-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or Automation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
- Practical experience with Google Apps Script is preferred.
- Ability to create automated MIS and dashboards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
