Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream; B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, reporting, marketing or a similar role.

- Experience in retail/jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain sales, target, customer and marketing data in Excel.

- Collect data from all branches and check for accuracy.

- Prepare branch-wise and employee-wise performance reports.

- Maintain trackers and dashboards for management review.

- Handle Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.





- Share reports with management within the required timeline.

Marketing Activities

- Support the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities.

- Coordinate with branches for promotional activities and campaigns.

- Maintain records of marketing expenses, campaigns and results.

- Assist in social media, Google reviews, WhatsApp promotions and other marketing activities.

- Prepare marketing-related reports and campaign performance summaries.

- Need to work in outdoor as and when required

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
