Microsoft Technology Specialist | 1–2 Years | Bengaluru

Aston Recruitment is hiring for multiple technology opportunities with a leading organization in Bengaluru.

We are looking for talented professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in any one of the following Microsoft technology areas:

- Microsoft 365 / M365
- Azure
- SharePoint
- Power Platform
- .NET / C#
- Dynamics 365

You don't need experience across all technologies. Strong hands-on experience in any one of the above areas is sufficient to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Microsoft-based applications, platforms, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Develop, configure, support, or maintain solutions based on your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Follow development and technology best practices.
- Learn and work with new Microsoft technologies as required.

What We're Looking For:




- 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in at least one Microsoft technology listed above.
- Good technical fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
