Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Developer will design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Business Central setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into technical solutions using AL and related technologies. The role involves configuring modules, optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity across the ERP ecosystem.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and production to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and providing clear technical explanations.
- Solid understanding of Business Process analysis and mapping to design efficient ERP workflows and solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in Consulting and stakeholder management, including gathering requirements, advising on best practices, and supporting change management.
- Background in Solution Architecture for ERP systems, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Business Central configurations and integrations.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts and Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365) for deploying, integrating, and securing ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV development (AL, extensions, APIs) and familiarity with SQL and web services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and deliver reliable solutions within agreed timelines.
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, or similar industries is an advantage, along with an interest in craftsmanship and design-driven businesses.
