Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Industrial Project Management with strong experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Management within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

The role involves end-to-end management of complex industrial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute NPI projects from concept to launch / SOP.
- Manage complete project planning, execution, timelines, resources and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D; and Operations.
- Drive New Product Introduction, product industrialization and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Define project milestones, deliverables and project schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project progress, resolve critical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder management and project governance.
- Support process improvement,



operational excellence and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct project reviews, track KPIs and provide regular project status updates.
- Manage project changes, priorities and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper project documentation, compliance and process adherence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project professionals.

Must-Have Requirements

- Female candidate
- Solid experience in NPI Project Management
- Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Project Management
- Experience managing projects end-to-end from concept to launch
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, risk management, cost and resource management
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
- Good understanding of NPI / Product Industrialization / Manufacturing Readiness
- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision.

Education BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
