We are looking for a Process Engineer with an Industrial Engineering background to support manufacturing process improvement, process optimization, productivity enhancement, and shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing and production processes.

Study process flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain process flow charts, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.

Support Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis activities.

Monitor process performance, productivity, rejection, scrap, and other operational parameters.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Conduct process studies and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in recent product/process development and process validation.

Maintain process-related reports and support internal/process audits.

Mandatory Requirements

Industrial Engineering background Mandatory.

4+ years of relevant experience in Process Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process flow.

Hands-on exposure to process improvement and problem-solving.

Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, RCA, 7 QC tools, PDCA, and 8D will be preferred.





Positive analytical and communication skills.

Candidates from Automobile / Engineering / Manufacturing / EMS industries would be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience similar to the shared sample profile, particularly those who have worked on process flow, manufacturing operations, process analysis, quality improvement, and shop-floor activities, will be considered.
