- We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibility

- Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

- Develop campaign strategies for Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, and Brand Awareness.

- Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and campaign requirements.

- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.

- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, and best practices.

Skills Required

- Technical Knowledge - ROAS, Break Even ROAS, CTR etc

- Good Communication

- Budget Management skills

- Audience Targeting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
