About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Fresher / Intern with a basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate should be interested in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation and Meta Ads and willing to learn and work on live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Assist with lead generation, traffic and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and basic advertising metrics.
- Assist with audience research, targeting and creative testing.
- Help optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Prepare basic campaign reports and maintain campaign data.

• Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and copy.

Required Skills

- Freshers / 0–6 months experience in Digital Marketing or Meta Ads.




- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Basic knowledge of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM and ROAS.
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Valuable analytical skills and willingness to learn.

• Candidates with a Digital Marketing course, certification or practical project experience will be preferred.
