Role Description The Merchandiser role at Anays Global Sourcing Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Merchandiser coordinates with suppliers and buyers to manage product development, sampling, pricing, and order execution.

Daily tasks include tracking production timelines, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet client expectations. The Merchandiser collaborates with internal teams to analyze market trends, maintain product assortments, and optimize product presentation.



The role also involves regular communication with customers to address queries, provide updates, and support solid business relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities to manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales and Retail experience to understand merchandising strategies, product assortments, and store-level requirements.
- Marketing knowledge to support product positioning, promotional activities, and market trend analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and basic understanding of quality standards in sourcing and production.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with spreadsheets or merchandising tools.
- Graduate degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; experience in sourcing or merchandising is an advantage.
