Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in managing MEP projects in the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of BMS (Building Management System), ELV (Extra Low Voltage), HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), electricals systems.
