Position: MEP Engineer (Electrical)

Location : Thane / Turbhe

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: BE/BTECH in Electrical

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for projects.

MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution of work.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and plumbing systems.

Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.

Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues and clashes.





Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship as per approved submittals.

Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.

Ensure compliance with local authorities, statutory regulations, and safety norms.

Assist in cost control, estimation, and billing verification related to MEP works.

Prepare progress reports and attend coordination and review meetings.

Support handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, and commissioning reports.
