Job Title: MEP Facility Manager - Immediate Joiner.

Location: Mumbai- On Western Line.

Number of Openings: 1

Experience: 8-13 years

Age: 27-35 years

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 per month.

*Qualification- Degree / Diploma -Electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation. Equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee maintenance / Breakdown/ services and AMC/CAMC of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting systems, and related infrastructure
- Manage vendors, labour, schedules, and tasks, ensuring efficient facility operations
- Conduct on-site verifications, client meetings, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities
- Analyse BOQ, design reports, and service layouts to optimise facility performance

Required Skills:

- Strong background in MEP design, coordination,



and project management
- Understanding of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, sleeves, and infrastructure integration
- Experience in managing institutional or school projects is preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively

Ideal Candidate:

- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in MEP facility management or similar roles
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools
