About Top 1 Percent

Top 1 Percent is a student growth and mentorship community focused on helping students study better, stay consistent and become more confident in their journey.

We’re a bootstrapped initiative, and we’re building everything step by step with one simple goal — to genuinely help students.

What you’ll do

As a Mentor, you’ll be responsible for guiding a large group of students through regular online sessions.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting regular Zoom mentoring sessions with up to 500 students
- Keeping students engaged and making the sessions interactive
- Understanding common problems students face during their preparation
- Helping students build better study routines, discipline and consistency
- Answering student questions and providing practical guidance
- Helping students set realistic goals and track their progress
- Giving feedback and identifying students who may need additional support
- Using basic psychology and learning strategies to help students improve
- Maintaining a positive and professional environment during sessions
- Working with the Top 1 Percent team to improve the overall student experience
- Sharing ideas to make our mentorship sessions and resources better

Who we’re looking for





We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with students.

You should have

- Strong communication and public-speaking skills
- Confidence in conducting large Zoom sessions
- Good listening skills and patience
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching or guiding students
- Ability to handle and engage a large group of students
- Understanding of study strategies, learning or basic psychology
- A responsible and professional approach
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with the team A degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling or a related field is preferred, but relevant teaching or mentoring experience is highly valued.

Work Type

Full time | Remote

Sessions may include evenings or weekends, depending on student schedules.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to conduct Zoom classes.

We want someone who can take ownership of the students, understand them and genuinely help them move forward.
