Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preferred

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services for a large-scale greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project .

The candidate should have solid experience in MEP project execution, installation, coordination, testing and commissioning within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, with exposure to HVAC, utilities, piping and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise complete MEP project execution activities at the pharmaceutical construction site.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts, specifications and technical documents .
- Manage installation and execution of HVAC systems , including AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water systems and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate installation of pharmaceutical utilities such as:
- Chilled Water
- Cooling Water
- Steam
- Compressed Air
- Process Utilities
- Water Systems
- Drainage and Plumbing Systems

- Coordinate electrical works including power distribution, cable routing, lighting, earthing and related MEP services.
- Ensure proper coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Structural and Process teams .
- Monitor installation activities of MEP contractors and subcontractors.
- Review work progress against project schedules and identify delays or execution issues.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications,



quality standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
- Participate in site inspections, technical meetings and progress review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards during construction and installation activities.
- Prepare and review progress reports, site documentation, punch lists and commissioning records.
- Support resolution of technical and coordination issues during project execution.

Required Skills Experience

- Strong experience in MEP project execution and construction management .
- Hands-on exposure to HVAC, utilities, piping and electrical systems .
- Experience in installation and commissioning of industrial or pharmaceutical facility MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of coordination between MEP, Civil, Structural and Process disciplines .
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
