Responsibilities:

- Execute MEP design and coordination activities for assigned projects.
- Prepare and develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-fighting layouts and designs as per project requirements.
- Assist in heat load calculations, equipment selection, system sizing and MEP calculations.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, BOQ, specifications, DBR and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with senior designers, consultants, architects, contractors and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist in site inspections and coordinate with site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Support project execution by ensuring drawings, revisions and technical submissions are completed within timelines.
- Assist in vendor and contractor coordination for technical requirements and clarifications.
- Maintain proper records of project drawings, revisions, approvals and technical documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and provide regular project status updates.




- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards and company processes.
- Identify design issues or discrepancies and escalate them to the reporting manager for timely resolution.
- Work closely with junior team members and support smooth workflow within the design team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and relevant MEP design software/tools.
- Good technical documentation and drawing-reading skills.
- Solid coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
