- Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, purchase and factory teams.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, lab dips, trims, fabrics and accessories.
- Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) calendars and production follow-ups.
- Track order status and ensure timely execution of buyer requirements.
- Assist in preparing cost sheets, order sheets, BOMs and production documents.
- Coordinate with fabric and accessory suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Follow up with production teams regarding cutting, stitching, finishing, packing and shipment.
- Check measurements, specifications, tech packs and buyer comments.
- Maintain accurate merchandising records and communicate delays or issues to seniors.
- Assist in final inspection and shipment coordination.




- Support the team in maintaining strong buyer relationships.

Experience: 0–1 year or fresher in garment merchandising preferred

Industry: Garment manufacturing / Export House / Apparel

Skills required:

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
- Understanding of fabrics, trims and accessories
- Knowledge of sampling and production follow-up
- Basic knowledge of garment costing
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
