Job Title: MedicoLegal Scheduler Night Shift (Full time, Onsite)

Location: Chennai

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (9-hour shift including breaks)

Work Mode: Onsite only (No Work From Home)

About the Role

- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a MedicoLegal Scheduler.
- This is a full-time night shift role involving administrative, scheduling, and coordination support for medico-legal cases handled by US-based legal teams and physicians.

- Freshers are welcome, but attitude, commitment, and clarity of purpose are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage medico-legal appointments (consultations, depositions, court appearances, etc.).
- Email Coordination: Draft, respond to, and manage communications with clients and legal teams.
- Scheduling & Rescheduling: Update schedules, manage cancellations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Handle documentation, follow up on case progress, and respond to inquiries.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain ethical handling of confidential medical/legal information.
- Client Communication:



Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
- Resource Allocation Support: Coordinate internal capacity to ensure timely service delivery.

- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Is a quick learner and adapts to new systems easily
- Can manage calls, emails, and calendars with high accuracy

- Has basic medical understanding (general concepts; deep radiology knowledge not required)

Eligibility

- Any degree discipline with basic medical understanding
- Strong English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Fresh graduates (2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025) encouraged to apply
- Must be able and willing to work night shift permanently onsite
