We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Record Reviewer to analyze, interpret, and summarize medical records for medico-legal, personal injury, workers compensation, and malpractice cases. The role involves identifying key clinical events, treatment timelines, diagnostic findings, provider/facility details, and correlating them into clear medical chronologies, narrative summaries, and billing summaries. The candidate must maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards while collaborating with auditors and case teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and summarize large volumes of medical records into structured reports
- Prepare medical chronologies, narrative summaries, and case timelines
- Identify diagnoses, procedures, medications, and functional limitations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and client-specific formatting standards
- Coordinate with QA/Audit teams for revisions and clarifications
- Maintain confidentiality and data-security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Background in Physiotherapy / Nursing / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Allied Health




- Robust medical terminology & clinical understanding
- Experience in medical record review/transcription / clinical documentation preferred
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines and team-based workflows
