Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Jabalpur.

The Medical

Representative will promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinics, through regular visits and presentations.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with medical stakeholders, providing accurate product information, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback, coordinating with internal teams on orders and supplies,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Medical

Representative will work toward achieving sales targets while contributing to the company’s mission of improving community health.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales, with the ability to achieve targets and manage a defined territory.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and address their needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to provide accurate product information and support clinical discussions.
- Relevant experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, plan field activities, and maintain detailed records of visits and outcomes.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jabalpur and nearby areas as required.
- Commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning in the healthcare domain.
