MyRx is looking for an MBBS doctor who wants to build a long-term career beyond conventional clinical practice and grow in the field of Digital Health, Medical Operations, Compliance, Training and Healthcare Strategy.

This is not a routine clinical consultation role. The person will work closely with the leadership, doctors, operations, technology teams and healthcare partners and will gradually take ownership of key medical functions within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review and continuously update clinical SOPs, medical protocols and consultation guidelines .

• Ensure medical processes remain aligned with applicable telemedicine guidelines, regulatory requirements, patient safety standards and internal compliance policies .

• Conduct induction, training and continuous education of doctors associated with the platform.

• Review consultations, prescriptions and medical processes from a quality and compliance perspective and provide structured feedback.

• Develop audit parameters, quality frameworks, checklists and corrective/preventive action processes .

• Handle and provide medical inputs for patient-related queries, doctor queries and clinical escalations .

• Respond to medical and compliance-related queries from clients and healthcare partners .





- Participate in discussions with clients while designing or modifying workflows involving prescriptions, medicines, teleconsultation and patient care.

• Provide medical strategy and clinical inputs for recent projects, partnerships and healthcare programmes .

• Evaluate medicines, therapeutic categories and clinical scenarios to help define appropriate approval, rejection, escalation and referral pathways .

• Work with product and technology teams to translate medical requirements into practical digital workflows and system controls .

- Support development of training modules, quizzes, doctor scripts, knowledge resources and other educational material.
- Monitor new medical information, regulatory updates, drug safety alerts and changes relevant to the organisation's operations.

• Explore and implement AI, automation and modern digital tools to improve medical audits, training, documentation, knowledge management and operational efficiency.

Who Are We Looking For?

Mandatory

✔ MBBS from a recognised institution

✔ Strong understanding of medicine and clinical decision-making

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to understand SOPs, regulations and operational workflows

✔ Comfortable interacting with doctors, clients, operations and technology teams





✔ Strong learning attitude and willingness to continuously upgrade knowledge

✔ Good analytical and problem-solving ability

✔ Comfortable working with technology, AI tools and digital platforms

✔ Adaptable, agile and capable of handling multiple responsibilities

✔ Looking for a long-term career in medical operations, digital health, compliance and healthcare management

Preferred / Added Advantage

✔ MBA / MHA / MBA in Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management or similar qualification

✔ Experience in telemedicine, digital health, e-pharmacy, healthcare operations, medical affairs, hospital administration or clinical governance

✔ Experience in doctor training, SOP development, audits or quality improvement

✔ Understanding of Indian healthcare regulations, telemedicine and prescription-related compliance

✔ Experience working with healthcare clients or cross-functional teams

✔ Interest or experience in AI-enabled healthcare workflows and automation The Right Candidate
