(Night Shift & Rotational – Mental Health & De-Addiction IPD)

Role Overview

You will work in one of North India’s leading mental health and de-addiction institutions, managing a wide range of psychiatric and detoxification cases and gaining hands-on exposure to emergency and inpatient psychiatric care during night and rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide medical care to psychiatric and detoxification inpatients during night and rotational duties
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and manage medical stability
- Handle medical and psychiatric emergencies
- Conduct regular inpatient rounds and patient evaluations
- Ensure timely medication administration and vital monitoring
- Maintain accurate medical records and shift handover documentation
- Support admissions, detox initiation, and discharge processes
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications & Competencies
- MBBS with valid medical registration
- Experience or interest in psychiatry and de-addiction preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during night shifts
