Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based in Coimbatore. The Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, including patient consultations, diagnosis, prescribing appropriate treatment, and monitoring patient progress. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with nursing and support staff, and adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

The Doctor will participate in routine check-ups, health assessments, and may support health awareness or preventive care programs as required.



The role also involves clear communication with patients and families, ensuring they understand diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up requirements.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Proven clinical skills in patient examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Strong knowledge of medical ethics, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, administrative, and HR staff.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
- Robust record-keeping skills and familiarity with medical documentation standards; experience with electronic health records is an advantage.

- Willingness to adhere to organizational policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred; exposure to corporate or occupational health environments is an added advantage.
