Job Title: Mechanical AIT Technician – Small Satellite

Location: Bengaluru / URSC & Other ISRO Centres

Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Relevant Mechanical Trade, First Class, minimum 65% or CGPA 6.85

Job Summary:

Support hands-on mechanical Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) activities of small satellites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical assembly and fitting activities.
- Read and follow mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Handle precision mechanical components carefully.
- Support mechanical connectivity, alignment and levelling.
- Assist in bonding and instrumentation preparation.
- Support handling of tanks, plumbing and valves.
- Use mechanical hand tools and inspection equipment.
- Support mechanical QC and inspection activities.
- Maintain assembly records and checklists.

Key Skills: ITI Fitter, Mechanical Assembly, Precision Fitting, Drawing Reading, Alignment, Inspection, QC, Aerospace, Satellite AIT.

Preferred: Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering or Satellite Assembly.Role & responsibilities
