Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical work at the site.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and other site teams.
- Monitor installation, erection, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Check materials and equipment received at the site.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with the senior engineer for solutions.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Follow and enforce site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the civil, electrical, and other departments whenever required.
- Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and site activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned mechanical works.





Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with relevant site experience preferred.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and installation
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and mechanical drawings
- Site supervision and team coordination
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge

Suitable Experience 2–4 years of experience in mechanical site work, construction, industrial projects, plant maintenance, erection, or installation
