We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Forging Line Supervisor to oversee daily hot/cold forging operations, manage shop-floor technicians, and maintain peak equipment efficiency. You will be responsible for output targets, die alignment, preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards (ISO/IATF).

Key Responsibilities

- Line Supervision & Production: Drive shift-wise production targets across press lines, induction furnaces, trimming presses, and heat treatment units.

- Process & Quality Control: Monitor temperature parameters, billet heating, die lubrication, and dimensional accuracy to minimize scrap rates.

- Equipment & Die Maintenance: Supervise tool changes, die set-ups,



and troubleshoot mechanical failures on hydraulic presses, mechanical hammers, and automation equipment.

- Safety & EHS: Enforce PPE usage, machine guarding rules, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols, and high-temperature safety guidelines.

- Team Management: Direct, train, and allocate shift operators, technicians, and contract staff for optimal workflow.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on defect trends or downtime incidents.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
