Role & responsibilities

1. Look after the quality check of raw materials & finished products.
2. Look after the arrangements of vehicle from outsource / in house for product dispatch to vendor.
3. Look after the intimation of quality check of finished product followed by preparation of Quality check sheet of the same product & get approval from quality committee.
4. Look after the machine maintenance & repairs at site as well as negotiating with contractors for repairs.
5. Look after the production team to speed up the work performance.
6. Look after the utility & maintenance of the factory.
7. Responsible for certificate preparations of the factory.
8. Responsible for communicating with the clients for material loading, unloading & repairs at clients site.
9. Responsible for preparation of reports of annual production of the factory.
10. Responsible for approval of raw material approval for entry & billing.

Responsible for arrangement of labours for in house work.
12. Responsible for in house scrap segregation & weighing.
13. Responsible for product quality check & loading for exhibitions.
14. Look after the visits at exhibitions for updated machineries & technologies.
15. Visit at vendors site for raw material quality check.
16. Responsible for preparation of hospital projects such as Modular OT, Modular ICU & Gynae OT.

Responsible for quality check & inspection of measurement provided by the contractor

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, factory operations, production, maintenance, quality control, or project execution.
