Role & responsibilities

- Plan, review and coordinate HVAC systems specifically for healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chiller, Cooling Tower, ventilation and exhaust systems.
- Review medical gas layouts and ensure proper coordination with architectural, electrical and structural services.
- Ensure service shafts, ceiling spaces and plant rooms are adequate for mechanical installations.
- Coordinate equipment heat loads, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, drainage and other mechanical requirements
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical services.
- Develop equipment schedules and technical specifications.
- Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works at project sites.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

*Experience in greenfield as well as brownfield hospital projects will be an advantage. *Candidates from Assam preferable
