Key Responsibilities

- Visit solar plants across Bangalore for inspections and testing.

- Conduct drone-based inspections and assist with thermal camera testing.

- Test and evaluate robotic solar panel cleaning systems and work on performance optimisation.

- Perform earthing and electrical testing at solar plants.

- Analyse solar generation and plant performance data to identify losses and optimisation opportunities.

- Assist the engineering team with site surveys, troubleshooting and technical reports.

- Work on new technologies and testing methods for improving solar plant performance.

Who We’re Looking For

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech student or recent graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid interest in Solar Energy, Electrical Systems, Drones, Robotics and Data Analysis.

- Comfortable travelling to different project sites across Bangalore.

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.





- Analytical mindset and willingness to work hands-on in the field.

- Basic Excel/data analysis skills preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
