Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month (based on experience and performance in the interview)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our design and production team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design and production, with a robust background in CAD software( Solidworks), manufacturing processes, and project management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the production of mechanical components and systems.

Experience with any defence industry would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Develop innovative solutions for mechanical components and systems.
- Perform simulations and analysis to ensure designs meet specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, manufacturing,



and quality assurance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test reports.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain records of design changes and updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of electronic components such as sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, PLCs, etc.
- Experienced and fluent with CAD (SolidWorks), and FEA and Simulations Tools (Ansys)
- Hands-on experience with Engineering Drawings and GD&T;
- Experience and/or understanding of rapid prototyping using FDM and SLA is plus

Technical Skills (Required):

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with the defence industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
