About the Role

We're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of plastic and electro-mechanical two-wheeler accessory products, from concept through production. This is a hands-on NPD role for someone who enjoys fast-paced, startup-style product development and wants ownership over designs from sketch to shipped device.

What You Will Do

1. Lead the design and development of plastic models and mechanisms for two-wheeler accessory products
2. Develop engineering details, mechanisms, and DFMA to take products from concept to production
3. Support all development phases, from requirements gathering to deployment
4.



Conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality designs
5. Analyze and improve the efficiency, stability, and scalability of product designs
6. Integrate and validate new product designs for production readiness
7. Support mechanical QA and post-production troubleshooting
8. Collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Manager and internal teams to meet project goals

What We're Looking For

1. B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in NPD roles, ideally with plastic components and electro-mechanical products
3. Proficiency in CATIA, along with either AutoCAD or SolidWorks
4. Working knowledge of plastic component design, die casting, and sheet metal design
5. Experience with design calculations and GD&T;
6. Solid communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile team environment
