Role: Senior Engineer – MCP Development

Location: Kochi & Hyderabad

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – MCP Development to design, develop, and support secure and scalable MCP (Model Context Protocol) services and enterprise integrations that enable AI applications to interact with business systems, data sources, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop MCP servers, tools, and enterprise integrations using REST, GraphQL, SOAP, OData, JSON Schema, and OpenAPI.
- Build and maintain MCP services using Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js .
- Implement secure identity and access controls using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, and service identities .
- Integrate enterprise platforms such as SAP, Veeva, ELN/LIMS, MES, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 , and enterprise data platforms.
- Develop cloud-native solutions using Docker/containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Implement observability practices including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and reliability engineering.




- Support data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and secure data access patterns.
- Contribute to AI/ML operational excellence through model evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and support GxP/CSV compliance requirements where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
- 8+ years of software engineering experience .
- 5+ years of API and enterprise integration development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js .
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and CI/CD automation .
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and secure software development practices .
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms, MCP architecture, AI agent frameworks, or RAG-based solutions .
