Role Description The MBA Faculty – Business Analytics and Information Technology will design and deliver courses in business analytics, data-driven decision-making, and IT management for MBA students. This full-time, in office position in Bengaluru involves creating learning materials, and conducting lectures, tutorials, workshops, and hands on sessions.

The faculty member will guide students on projects and internships, integrate industry case studies, tools, and certifications into the curriculum.





Responsibilities include engaging in research and publications, collaborating with industry partners, contributing to program development and accreditation activities, and participating in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and academic events. The role also includes supporting the Startup & Innovation Hub through mentoring student ventures, promoting innovation, and fostering an outcome-based, learner-centric teaching environment.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic background in Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. MBA is mandatory
- Demonstrated expertise in business analytics and data-related domains (e.g., data analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, data visualization, and decision support systems).
- Strong knowledge of information systems and technology in business (e.g., IT strategy, digital transformation, databases, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies such as AI and cloud solutions).
- Proficiency with relevant tools and platforms (such as statistical and analytics software, BI tools, programming or scripting for data analysis, and learning management systems).
- Proven teaching abilities at postgraduate or undergraduate level, including curriculum design, outcome-based education, and learner-centered pedagogical methods.
- Active engagement or interest in academic and applied research, with the ability to produce publications, case studies, and industry-oriented projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills,
