Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBA role based in Mumbai at RICHLADY CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves supporting strategic planning, business development, and operational improvements across the company’s clothing and apparel operations.

Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing sales and market data, identifying growth opportunities, assisting in pricing and product portfolio decisions, and coordinating with merchandising, production, and finance teams. The MBA professional will contribute to budgeting and forecasting, process optimization, and reporting for management review. The role also includes stakeholder coordination,



preparing business presentations, and supporting management in key decision-making and long-term planning.

Qualifications

- Completed MBA from a recognized institution, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or Retail Management.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or business reporting.
- Knowledge of retail, apparel, or fashion industry operations, including basic understanding of supply chain, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP or business management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in retail, FMCG, or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
