Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Material Site Supervisor to manage and monitor construction materials at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for proper receiving, storage, usage, and care of materials and ensuring that materials are available at the site as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and check construction materials delivered to the site.
- Verify material quantity and basic quality as per site requirements.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and properly to avoid damage or wastage.
- Monitor daily material consumption at the site.
- Ensure proper curing of concrete, RCC, masonry, plaster, and other required construction work as per site instructions.
- Regularly check curing work and ensure sufficient water is available.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Site Supervisor regarding material requirements.
- Inform the office/site engineer in advance about material shortages.
- Prevent unnecessary material wastage and misuse.
- Keep the material storage area clean and organized.




- Maintain daily material and curing-related site records.
- Follow safety and site management instructions.
- Support the site team in maintaining smooth day-to-day construction activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site work.
- Positive observation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to monitor material usage and curing activities.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of registers, measurements, and mobile/WhatsApp communication.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th
- Experience: 1–3 years in construction/site work preferred.
- Freshers with basic construction knowledge may also be considered.

Key Responsibility The main responsibility of the Material Site Supervisor is to ensure that construction materials are properly received, stored, used, and maintained at the site, and that required curing work is carried out regularly and properly. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
