The candidate will work closely with the Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Vendors, and Logistics teams to ensure materials are procured, received, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate electrical material requirements for projects and sites.
- Prepare and maintain material requirement lists and material status reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for material availability.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material orders and delivery schedules.
- Track materials from vendor dispatch to site delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely material movement.
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and pending materials.
- Check received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and identify material shortages or delays.
- Coordinate with site engineers and stores teams regarding material requirements.
- Follow up on damaged, incorrect, or pending materials with vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation related to materials and logistics.




- Prepare regular reports on material availability, pending orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely availability of electrical materials to support smooth project execution.

Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of electrical materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of material management, procurement, stores, and logistics.
- Positive coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, transporters, stores, and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualification MBA / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
