Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote ClickMyLoan’s services across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, and supporting sales initiatives through targeted marketing strategies.

The Marketing

Specialist will create and manage promotional content, coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and track campaign performance to optimize outcomes.



The role also involves engaging with customers and partners to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities and develop effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing collaboration skills to support lead generation and conversion activities.
- Relevant experience in financial services, consumer lending, or fintech marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, use basic marketing analytics tools, and present insights in a clear, structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
