IITM Chennai is looking for motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and sales activities to achieve organizational targets.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Promote the company's products/services through appropriate marketing channels.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good convincing ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
