Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Marketing Executive to handle industrial sales, customer development and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers in Pharma, Chemical, Bulk Drug, Engineering and other process industries.
- Generate current enquiries through customer visits, calls, references and market research.
- Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to develop business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and convert enquiries into Purchase Orders.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms and delivery schedules with customers.




- Maintain regular contact with purchase, projects, engineering and maintenance departments of client companies.
- Follow up for pending Purchase Orders, amendments, advances and outstanding payments when required.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders and customer interactions.
- Coordinate internally with production and dispatch teams regarding committed delivery schedules.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Identify new projects, plant expansions and upcoming requirements in the assigned territory.
- Submit daily/weekly reports regarding customer visits, enquiries, quotations and order status.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
