Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to independently handle marketing, business development and area operations for our Education Centre & School Project.

The candidate should have strong geographical knowledge, good understanding of local markets and the ability to identify and directly approach the target audience, parents, students, institutions and other relevant groups through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle assigned zones, areas and geographical territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and connect with the targeted audience.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development activities.
- Promote the Education Centre & School Project through various channels and activities.
- Build relationships with parents, students, schools, institutions, communities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct and coordinate parent counselling sessions, meetings, seminars, conferences and promotional events.
- Support admission generation, lead development and business conversion.
- Handle liaisoning and coordination with internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with the in-house team for marketing, counselling, admissions and promotional activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, documents, correspondence and other administrative paperwork.
- Monitor area-wise activities, leads, enquiries, admissions and business development progress.




- Identify new opportunities for brand promotion and market expansion.
- Travel independently within assigned areas as required for business development and promotional activities.
- Take ownership of assigned areas and deliver results with minimum supervision.

Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate with minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Education, School/Coaching Centre, Admissions or related sectors.
- Age preferably 38–48 years.
- Strong geographical and local market knowledge.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Good communication, presentation and convincing/persuasion skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and liaisoning abilities.
- Capable of independently handling a zone/territory.
- Valuable administrative, documentation and coordination skills.
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, Excel and basic reporting.
- Mature, responsible, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Should be capable of working independently as well as coordinating with the in-house team.

Preferred Qualities Education-sector exposure, local market knowledge, strong parent/student interaction skills, business development experience and proven field marketing capability will be preferred.

The position requires an individual who can take complete ownership of the assigned geographical area, actively work in the field and contribute directly towards business growth, admissions and brand development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
