About the Role

Parjanya Paper Products is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company sales and business growth targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field marketing, digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Regularly visit customers and markets to understand requirements and collect feedback.
- Prepare marketing plans, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales/marketing targets.




- Manage and guide the marketing/sales team effectively.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in the paper products / packaging / manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
