Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, generate patient enquiries, increase consultations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and social media.
- Drive patient enquiries, consultation bookings and conversions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events and workshops.
- Manage content, creatives and social media activities.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.




- Manage external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and updates for management.

Requirements:
- 5–10 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitals, dermatology, wellness or premium services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Positive communication, analytical and team management skills.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
