The Monarch Enterprises is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive business growth in the Retail Interior Design & Furniture Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Retail Interior & Furniture projects

- Drive lead generation through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage marketing campaigns, brand visibility and online presence
- Coordinate with Sales & Business Development teams for lead conversion
- Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI and lead quality
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors and external partners
- Prepare marketing reports, budgets and performance MIS





Candidate Profile✔️ 5–10 years of relevant Marketing experience

✔️ Experience in Interior Design / Furniture / Architecture / Construction / Retail preferred

✔️ Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation

✔️ Excellent communication, analytical and team-management skills

✔️ Ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies
