A. Lead Generation &

- Performance Marketing

- Own the end-to-end lead-generation target across all branches, in close coordination with Regional Managers and the Tele Calling team

- Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns (Google Search/Display, Meta/Instagram Ads, YouTube) against cost-per-lead and cost-per-admission targets

- Manage and continuously improve local SEO and Google Business Profile presence for every branch to drive organic, high-intent search leads

- Set up and maintain lead-tracking and attribution from source through to admission, in coordination with the Tele Calling team and CRM/EMR data

- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget across branches/regions based on capacity, seasonality and historical performance

- Run A/B tests on creative, targeting and landing pages to continuously improve campaign efficiency

B.

Digital

Marketing &

- Brand Presence

- Own the organisation's always-on digital presence — website, social media channels, Google Business listings and online reputation (Google Reviews) across branches

- Plan and oversee a content calendar covering awareness content, parent education, therapist/team spotlights and outcome stories

- Drive email/WhatsApp marketing and CRM-based nurture campaigns for warm leads and existing parent communities

- Monitor and respond to the organisation's online reputation, working with branches on Google Reviews and social engagement

- Stay current on digital marketing and martech trends relevant to healthcare/wellness and adapt campaigns accordingly

C. Events, Partnerships &

- Community Marketing

- Plan and execute the organisation's offline event calendar — early-detection awareness drives, parent/teacher workshops, health camps, exhibitions, seminars and conferences — across branches and target segments

- Schools &
- Preschools: organise developmental screening camps,

teacher-sensitisation workshops and parent awareness sessions; build a referral pathway from schools into the centre's early-detection programme

- Residential Areas: plan society/RWA awareness drives, parenting workshops and community health camps to build hyperlocal catchment-area visibility

- Neonatal Centres / NICUs: build and maintain hospital and NICU partnerships, including CME-style sessions or informal touchpoints with neonatal teams, to establish a structured early-intervention referral pathway

- Gynaecologists / Obstetricians: organise and/or sponsor seminars, CME sessions and small-format conferences for the obstetric and antenatal-care community, positioning the centre as a credible early-detection and developmental-monitoring partner

- Plan and execute larger-format awareness conferences/seminars (multi-stakeholder, featuring clinical experts) periodically at a regional or organisational level to build category-wide credibility and generate high-intent leads/referral sign-ups

- Lead the Events Executive in venue coordination, logistics, speaker/vendor management and on-ground execution for all events, camps, seminars and conferences

- Maintain a structured database and relationship-management cadence (visits, calls, newsletters) for school, residential, neonatal-centre and gynaecologist contacts, treating referral-source nurturing as an ongoing pipeline rather than one-off events

- Track and report ROI on every event, camp, seminar and conference (leads/referrals generated, cost-per-event-lead, downstream conversion) alongside digital channels

- Represent the organisation at relevant industry, healthcare and education conferences to build brand visibility and partnership pipelines

D. Content &

- Creative Direction

- Brief and direct the Content/Graphic Designer on all creative requirements — campaign creatives, social content, event collateral, branch signage and brochures

- Ensure brand consistency (tone, visual identity, messaging) across all digital and offline touchpoints and branches

- Plan and oversee video/testimonial content production, working with branch teams to source authentic parent and outcome stories

- Maintain a content library and asset bank usable across branches to ensure consistency and reduce duplicated effort

E. Team Leadership &

- Cross-Functional Coordination

- Directly manage and develop the Marketing Executive, Events Executive and Content/Graphic Designer — setting transparent individual targets and reviewing performance regularly

- Conduct weekly team planning and monthly performance reviews; identify training and capability gaps within the team

- Coordinate closely with the Tele Calling Team Lead and Branch/Regional Managers to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up promptly and effectively

- Share funnel-level performance data (lead volume, source quality, conversion) with operations leadership to inform branch and regional planning

- Manage external vendors and agencies (media buying, printing, event vendors, photography/videography) where required

F. Reporting, Budget &

- Compliance

- Maintain and report a monthly marketing dashboard covering lead volume by source/branch, cost-per-lead, cost-per-admission and event ROI

- Manage the overall marketing budget across digital, events and content, tracking spend against plan

- Ensure all marketing content and claims comply with applicable healthcare advertising guidelines and the organisation's clinical/ethical standards

- Present marketing performance and plans to the COO/CEO on a periodic basis

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
